This was an amazing find. We thought we would book a last minute break ,we had a look on Booking.com. As we stay in Glasgow we thought ,let do local and go to The Westend , go to some during the week Quizzes, due to always working, thought this would be a great idea. Which it was. The Hotel staff were all so lovely, very polite and courteous, nothing was a problem. Room was beautiful, spotless, and had a great shower, a four poster bed ,we also had USB sockets in the lamp and on the walls. Furniture was lovely too, just a genuinely lovely wee room for the price we paid. Breakfast was amazing, just everything you would want, cereal, yogurt, toast and all fry up items. The breakfast staff would come around to ask if anyone wanted coffee refils Tea drinkers were given a pot of tea. Checkout was 11am which was ample time too so we weren't rushed. We asked for a taxi in which we were shown to a button on the wall which was a direct line to the taxi firm. Absolutely lovely wee stay ,this hotel also includes a lift which was a great benefit to myself. Will definitely go back.

The three bed room we had was very dated with an old carpet which didn’t look too good on the floor and the padded headboards above the beds looked old and worn. Apart from that little issue, the room was fine with a lovely modern bathroom and shower and lovely towels to use. The room was warm and cosy. Plenty of tea bags etc to make a hot drink. The beds were very comfortable and we all had a good sleep. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful and the staff there are very helpful and friendly. The dining room is modern and is lovely and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly too. There is a lift to take you to the floor you need. We walked down the stairs to go for breakfast and the lower floors looked really good with nice Scottish touches in the hallways.

We stayed on a room only basis. The hotel was easy to find, just 10 minutes walk from Exhibition Centre station. The room and the hotel generally was warm, welcoming, clean and comfortable. It's location was excellent within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants in Finnieston, Kelvingrove Art Gallery and park and the University. We also walked into the city centre in under 30 minutes, although there are several buses too. Given it's location, the hotel was remarkably quiet with little or no street noise.

All the staff were pleasant and accommodating! The room was warm and cozy for this time of the year. I was happy my decor was 💙 Blue! Our event went extremely well in the accommodating rooms! I had a pleasant night's 💤 sleep and a varied choice of breakfast with helpful staff on hand in the a.m. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay here again in the future! My travel was not too far by cab and the fare to/from Glasgow Central train station came to around £10 one way!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It was easy to reach the city center by walking about 10 minutes to the metro stop, crossing through the park. There are grocery stores, pubs, a park, and restaurants nearby. The area is not very busy, which is great as it means there isn’t much noise on the streets. I loved that there were tea, instant coffee and biscuits in the room. In general the room was very cozy.
